J.A. Theophilou Consulting Engineers provide consulting services in the fields of civil, structural, geotechnical and environmental engineering.

The consultancy was established in 1968 by John A. Theophilou, BSc CEng MICE MIStructE, and over the years accumulated a vast project experience and built a respectable reputation among its clients and associates. It has since grown reaching a maximum size of 17 employees.

The projects undertaken include large scale water and wastewater treatment plants, public buildings, educational facilities, tourist resorts and residential estate. Most projects are located within Cyprus and a small number in other countries.

The consultancy has associated with a large number of distinguished consultancies, both domestic and international. Associates include architectural firms, electromechanical firms, environmental firms, quantity surveyors, contractors and property developers.
